Q. When did you start getting into crafting, what did you start with?
A. About 12 years old. My mom taught me how to sew clothes.
Q. Do you work outside of your Etsy shop? If so, what is your occupation? How do you find time for both?
A. Yes, I am a LEED Coordinator part-time and enjoy designing jewelry during my spare time.
Q. How did you learn about Etsy?
A. My friend Gina had a friend selling her beautiful jewelry on Etsy!

A. I used the first part of my full name Ilaisaane – Designs by Ilai
Q. Where does your inspiration for your items come from?
A. I love minimal, dainty jewelry; I make jewelry that I myself would wear everyday.
Q. What are your favorite materials to work with/favorite mediums?
A. Sterling Silver, Gold Filled, Vermiel Gold and all types of beads.
Q. Any advice for shops just starting?
A. Be patient.
